Soothe the soul, mind and body in this special offering of a 2 hour gentle and Restorative practice with Emily. Meditation, pranayama and asana will be used to aid in relaxation. We will promote deep relaxation by supporting the body using props and hold the supportive and relaxing postures for longer amounts of time. We will complete our time together in a 15minute guided meditation and a long, sweet savasana followed by water, tea and light refreshments.
