This workshop is appropriate for all levels. Those new to yoga will get a thorough introduction and have the opportunity to share their questions and concerns about integrating yoga into everyday life. If you have been practicing a while this day will be an opportunity to renew and expand your knowledge of yoga. For Yoga Alliance certified teachers this workshop counts toward hands-on continuing education. (4 hours) This is a unique format where you can add your voice to the voices of the facilitators.
