Join Emily as she guides you in a 2-hour journey into self-care. We begin with a steady 30-minute vinyasa flow practice to build warmth and increase circulation in the body. This will include longer holds and lots of individual attention and optional hands-on adjustments. Following the vinyasa practice, there will be a soothing and soul-enhancing 75-minute candlelit Restorative Yoga practice. We will complete our time together in a 15-minute guided meditation and a long, sweet savasana.
