Self-promotion. I don't take this lightly- it is a concept that has brought up SO MANY complex feelings as a yoga teacher who strives for a balance between humility and self-confidence. I put myself out there because I truly believe in what I do, and I love what I do authentically. I try to not barrage you all with too much self-promotion and try to avoid giving off the vibe of "look at me!" "like me!" and "spend your money on my events!"; I know that you all work hard for your money. I know it is not feasible for some of you. That is why I try to offer classes and events at different price points. Everyone should have access to good yoga. Look for more accessible classes and events in the future: accessibility financially, physically, socially, geographically and spiritually regardless of background.

If there is something you are craving from your yoga, please shoot me a message. Email me. Reach out to me and let me know and I will work hard to bring these things to you.

I will also work hard on moving past my own fears and put myself out there for you. Trust me, it's not easy. It's raw, scary and fear-inducing- but it's also exhilarating and totally worth it when I see the lights come on in my students' eyes. We are all in the journey together and I am thankful for each and every one of you- whether you "like" me or not :)
